CONDITIONS OF ADULT ACCESS:

(The term "Adult Area" is a generic term describing any digitized images
in UUENCODED message format, message areas (forums), movies/animations,
any programs and text files, any correspondence via page, action word,
etc., which are in a form capable of being transmitted over modems and,
if applicable, viewed with appropriate software by a computer.)

The adult area may contain pictures and text depicting nudity or sexual
acts.

USER desires access to such materials.

Accordingly, the USER agrees:

1) That TCE! will not grant Adult access to any person below the age of
   18, and, may refuse access to any person who cannot be verified as
   to age;

2) That USER will not share their password and other access information,
   and will take reasonable steps to insure that their password cannot
   be found by other users of their computer;

3) That USER will indemnify TCE! from any and all claims related to
   files which USER downloads from or uploads to TCE!. That USER will
   take reasonable steps to insure that the files cannot be viewed by
   persons below the age of 18. Such reasonable steps could consist of,
   but are not limited to:

   a) locking disks containing the files in a secure area, or,

   b) using encryption so that adult materials received from this BBS
      are enciphered and not accessible by others, or,

   c) using password or other protection of access to the system, or,

   d) physically limiting access to the computer (ie., locking the
      computer in a room or area not open to others).

4) That USER will not sell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit
   the files and their images received through TCE!;

5) In the event that USER uploads adult materials, the USER shall ensure
   that all persons depicted are over 18 years of age. Further, that
   USER will verify that such files are properly distributable (ie., do
   not violate a copyright.);

6) That in the event USER has reasonable cause to believe that any adult
   image viewed depicts scenes in violation of the law, that USER will
   erase the same on their system and advise TCE! through a private
   message to the system operator (SYSOP) of USER's concerns;

7) TCE! may bar a USER from the system for violation of these rules.
   TCE! may, in addition, refer to appropriate authorities any user
   transmitting unlawful sexually explicit pictures of children. TCE!
   may discontinue provision of adult areas, at any time, at it's sole
   discretion;

THIS APPLICATION WILL BE AUDITED FOR CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED

BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I ATTEST THAT ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS TRUE
AND ACCURATE, AND THAT I AGREE TO ALL PARAGRAPHS, AND THAT I AM 18 YEARS
OF AGE OR OLDER.

A PHOTOCOPY OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR OTHER VALID FORM OF ID *MUST*
BE INCLUDED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
