Then, start from the beginning of "/Warfield" (although, there will probably be many messages that are irrelevant to the GoM vs. The World subject). You can reply to any messages you want, but it might be more helpful if you just read through everything first. I'm giving you warning, though. It will be a serious pain in the tush. BUT, on the bright side, you'll have an excellent clue as to what's going on, understand many jokes, and have many questions on TCE! policy answered. I'll sum it up in just a few words for you though, GoM hates the wolfpack/ratpack/pack because we are mean to her. But, I think the main reason the Cosmo is being VERY hesitant is because it has a very high potential of becoming a /Rumors forum. This will add to the problems of TCE! because it would cause more "clique"ing. ...That, and it wouldn't contain a lot of message traffic. After the few guys handles are mentioned, and everyone says, "WHAT?? How could they?". The discussion would end for a few months until the next jerk came along.
