Autox and I have carefully considered the situation, and as you'll read
later in /Announce, have come to the conclusion that you were treated
unfairly by GoM, who made an error in judgement.

We have, as a small compensation, granted you ten extra days of ADDICTED
status.  We have also opted to continue with our current method of
management, which is to say that GoM will maintain her designated
authority to remove users who are causing "problems" for the rest of the
userbase.  It is our belief that she understands more clearly how this
authority is supposed to be used.  If she doesn't, that authority will
probably be removed.

We consider the matter to be now closed, on our part.

SOME SIDE NOTES:

Regarding your decision to log on again as TURKEY: I understand the
circumstances and all, but this was *still* account fraud.  We don't
think you had any proper reason to do so, and we feel that you were
quite aware of the illegality of it.  Given the circumstances, we have
opted to waive suspension of your account, but be warned:  it won't be
tolerated any more; and that's whether you're suspended, logged off,
deleted or whatever, and that's regardless of whether it's fair or not.
DON'T DO IT.

Regarding Email:  I think I speak for Autox when I say I'm getting a
little tired of your "hatemail".  I don't care how pissed off you are,
or how much you've been abused or mistreated; please refrain from
sending me "demanding" email, using phrases like "YOU WILL FIX THIS
NOW!", et al.  For the most part, I tend to respond quicker and more
favorably to better worded mail.  I suggest that in the future, such
email might be treated as a threat; it will be either responded to by
being totally ignored, or worse.  We have enough problems without having
 deal with your tantrums, and frankly, would prefer to simply remove the
source.
